Also known as the L3/38, this was a turretless tankette produced by Fiat and Ansaldo in Italy. It was based on the Carden Lloyd tankette. It was armed with Breda 7.7mm machine gun.
The 38 was a development of the CV35. It was used from 1938 to 1945.
This version was armed with twin Breda 38 machine guns.
