May 2022 saw me popping up the A1 to Newark to visit Partizan 2022.

As usual I paid special attention to the wonderful array of wargames tables put on by clubs, retailers and individuals.

Partizan always has a great display of wargames

For those affected by flooding however, their immediate concerns are not necessarily about the manmade changes to the earth’s atmosphere. A YouGov poll from February I always find the fold at Partizan to be friendly and amenable. Most people will talk to you if you show an interest in their game. I don’t find that to be the case at SELWG or Salute.
